A large manufacturing business needed to present a complex $1B+ financing case in a way lenders and funding stakeholders could understand. The financial story had to connect project cash needs, production economics, working capital, and long-term returns.
What we did
Built a fully integrated three-statement financial model with waterfall cash flow, manufacturing statements, work-in-progress (WIP) schedules, process costing, debt and funding assumptions, and scenario analysis. The model translated operational activity into a clear, auditable financing narrative.
